Patient Survey

We want your views about our surgery to help us deliver the service you want

There are currently 2 practice surveys the National GP Patient Survey, which is not administered by the practice, and an in-house survey incorporating GMC (General Medical Council) guidance.  

Should you decide not to complete or return the National GP Patient Survey form you will automatically receive a reminder.  We accept that this can be frustrating if you have chosen not to complete, however we cannot prevent reminders being sent. The Questionnaires are sent to patients in the post and it can be completed and returned in the sae provided or alternatively it can be completed on-line using the password on the front of the form received in the post.  If you do receive the Government’s Patient Survey in the post, please take the time to fill it in.  Part of our funding and ratings depends on your responses.                                                                   

The practice in-house survey is carried out over a 2 week period and given to all patients who attend the surgery during that time and to members of our patient participation group.
